A consumer product company needed to move from concept to large-scale production — building a complete manufacturing assembly line in Asia from scratch, across a highly complex, multi-component product, while meeting tight deadlines.

Most clients who bring us in already have one — usually quality drift, single-source risk, or production that has outgrown what one factory can handle. We qualify a second supplier in parallel, running the same audit and sample-approval process as your existing line, so nothing already running is disrupted. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. The factory builds a product to your design and specifications, and you sell it under your own brand.
With OEM you supply the design and the factory builds it. With ODM you start from an existing design that you rebrand and customise. OEM gives you a unique product; ODM is faster and lower-cost.
It varies by product and process. White-label MOQs are often lower because the base product already exists, sometimes a few hundred units. Custom tooling raises the minimum. We will advise based on your BOM.
We build finished products. We source every component, manage sub-assembly and final assembly, and deliver a quality-controlled product ready to ship.
Yes. We run supplier qualification for the new factory — audit, sample approval, tooling — in parallel with your existing production, so nothing already shipping is put at risk. You get a direct comparison on cost, lead time and quality between the two before committing to a split or a full move, and both suppliers carry the same audit trail from the start.
