We help you source high-quality sheet metal parts from manufacturers in China, Vietnam, and India. Get your product made to your specifications at competitive rates. We are experienced sourcing agents who work directly with manufacturers to ensure every batch meets your quality standards.

Typical materials: Steel and aluminum

Steel is strong, durable, and weather-resistant, with a long service life and versatile shaping capabilities.

Aluminum and its alloys are lightweight, rust-proof, and corrosion-resistant, widely used in aircraft, consumer goods, construction, and food-processing equipment.

Common MOQ: 50 to 10,000 pcs

The minimum order quantity for common or standardized parts is typically higher. Buyers are advised to be reasonable with their numbers even though MOQs are negotiable.

Manufacturing methods: Stamping, machining, laser cutting, and spot-welding

Our factories use stamping, casting, and forging to produce sheet metal parts, followed by machining to achieve the required shape and size. We work closely with manufacturers in China, Vietnam and India to ensure precision and intricate detailing. All brackets are machined for smooth, accurate surfaces, typically with a 125 micro finish, though higher finishes are available.

Manufacturing cluster area in China: Zhejiang province, mainly Shanghai and Ningbo

Ningbo, a key port city in Zhejiang province, has long been a hub for traditional manufacturing industries like textiles, auto parts, chemicals, plastics, and rubber. In recent years, it has embraced automation and digitalization, with 7,000 enterprises adopting smart manufacturing and 60 research institutes advancing AI and industrial innovation.

Shanghai, a major industrial and economic powerhouse, contributes 8.3% of China’s gross industrial output. Its economy thrives on finance, manufacturing, and construction, with strong sectors in automobiles, electronics, petrochemicals, steel, equipment assemblies, and biomedicine.

Application: Aesthetics, and construction

Sheet metal parts are widely used for mounting various products, from televisions to streetlights. They are ideal for supporting home and office shelves, sinks, frames, and roof structures. Additionally, they play a crucial role in applications such as door panels, control switches, fender assemblies, instrument panels, airbags, and ABS brake systems.

Common issues: Surface finish and dimension control

Your order undergoes in-process quality checks to ensure it meets the standards outlined in your manufacturing agreement. This includes a smooth finish on all metal brackets, free of edges or burrs, with every component precisely manufactured to your specifications.

Quality control

Finished products go through the visual inspection queue to make sure they meet the quality standards. They also undergo CMM inspection to test the accuracy of the manufactured components.

How we work

What happens after you send the drawing

The same four stages run whether you need one sheet metal parts tool or a full production contract.

  1. Stage 01

    Engineering review

A full review of your design files so samples come back right the first time, not the third.

  2. Stage 02

    Sourcing

One product often means parts from a dozen suppliers. We search, evaluate and qualify each of them.

  3. Stage 03

    Quoting

Component quotes consolidated into one number that includes assembly, packaging and shipping.

  4. Stage 04

    Tooling and samples

Tooling, custom sample production and standard components — all reviewed before final sign-off.
