Casting & Forging
Cast and hot-forged brass, stainless and aluminium — valves, hose fittings, door hardware and beer tap bodies, machined and plated after the tool.
Fabrication
Stamped, pressed, welded and sheet-formed metal. Brackets, latches, radiator parts and panels, in steel, aluminium and brass, to your drawing.

Injection Molding
Housings, enclosures, lids and internal parts in PP, ABS and nylon — including brass and steel inserts moulded in where a plastic part has to take a thread.
Other Manufacturing
Extrusion, anodising, wire harnesses and the parts that do not sit inside a single process.
A capability is only worth what the inspection behind it is worth
Every part is measured against your drawing at first article, then sampled in process — which is how a tolerance problem becomes a conversation rather than a returned container.

From your drawing to a quoted, tooled, inspected part
The same four stages run on a single component and on a full production contract.
Engineering review
A full review of your design files so samples come back right the first time, not the third.
Sourcing
One product often means parts from a dozen suppliers. We search, evaluate and qualify each of them.
Quoting
Component quotes consolidated into one number that includes assembly, packaging and shipping.
Tooling and samples
Tooling, custom sample production and standard components — all reviewed before final sign-off.
Not sure which process you need?
Bring your CAD or a product idea and we will give you a manufacturability read, a factory shortlist and a plan.
